You are stronger than you know – tap into your inner resilience and overcome any obstacle

About Our Approach

By employing a diverse and youth-oriented approach, the aim would be to make Bhakti Yoga a relatable, enriching, and empowering practice for youths in Michigan

  1. Interactive Self-Discovery Tools: Provide interactive tools and quizzes that help youth explore their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and values. This process of self-discovery is crucial for understanding oneself and identifying personal goals.

  2. Guided Goal Setting: Offer guidance on setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals aligned with their interests and values. This helps youth establish clear objectives and milestones to work towards.

  3. Educational Resources: Curate a library of articles, videos, podcasts, and other resources that cover topics such as resilience, confidence building, leadership skills, and goal achievement. These resources provide valuable knowledge and inspiration for personal growth.

  4. Mentorship and Coaching: Connect youth with mentors or coaches who can provide guidance, support, and encouragement as they navigate their personal development journey. Having a mentor or coach can offer valuable insights and perspective from someone who has already walked a similar path.

  5. Community Support: Foster a supportive online community where youth can connect with peers who share similar goals and aspirations. This sense of belonging and support can provide encouragement, motivation, and accountability.

  6. Skill-building Workshops: Organize virtual workshops or webinars focused on developing essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, time management, and resilience. These workshops provide practical tools and strategies for personal and professional growth.

  7. Personal Development Plans: Offer templates or tools for creating personalized development plans tailored to each individual's unique strengths, interests, and goals. These plans serve as roadmaps for youth to follow as they work towards their aspirations.

  8. Success Stories and Role Models: Share success stories and interviews with role models who have achieved success through perseverance, resilience, and self-empowerment. These stories serve as inspiration and demonstrate that achieving one's goals is possible with dedication and effort.

  9. Accountability Tracking: Provide tools for tracking progress towards goals and holding oneself accountable for taking action towards personal growth. This could include goal-tracking apps, progress journals, or accountability buddies within the online community.

  10. Continued Support and Guidance: Offer ongoing support and guidance through regular updates, newsletters, and additional resources to help youth stay motivated and committed to their personal development journey.
